The Fragasso Approach
The Difference: World-Class Financial Services
It’s easy to assume that every financial advisor operates in this way. For anyone outside of the industry, the buzzwords can all sound the same. And it’s logical to expect that any advisor will provide you with holistic financial planning guidance and investment management that is free from proprietary product bias and the conflict of investment commissions. The truth is firms vary in structure, product requirements, service delivery and compensation arrangements. If you don’t know what questions to ask, how will you ever know if you are with a firm that is operating with your best interests at the core of what they do?
1 Determine Your Goals
This in-depth conversation frames often generalized needs into concrete and actionable objectives.
2 Discovery Meeting
This is the starting point for your analysis and financial plan. All assets, liabilities and circumstances will be uncovered to determine their impact on your goals.
3 Your Unique Financial Plan
Your financial plan will be your guide toward your goals. Current investment assets are analyzed as part of a coordinated whole. The resulting asset allocation model is compared to risk and reward expectations and evaluated for meeting your objectives.
4 Your Team Led by Your Advisor
Once you are satisfied that the plan is appropriate, your assigned team of financial advisor, portfolio manager and client account specialist will begin transferring the investment assets to our custody and hold a final meeting to coordinate all details.
5 Portfolio Management
Your portfolio is managed in accordance with a clear and transparent Investment Policy Statement and Guidelines. Very differently from other investment firms, our portfolios, while structured to pursue individually crafted goals, are managed centrally and uniformly by our multi-person, credentialed Portfolio Management Department.
Communication includes access to your account information online anytime, quarterly contact and quarterly performance reporting and tracking. An annual review meeting revisits the originally constructed financial plan to illustrate progress and highlight needed adjustments. We hold ourselves accountable for returning messages within a day of receipt. Our clients have a direct line of communication with their trusted advisor. No hassles. No phone trees. Quite simply, when a client has a question, they know exactly who can get the answer.
7 Educational Events
Client educational events are regularly held on various investment management and financial planning topics. We also have web education series available for viewing at your convenience.
