Behavior-Based Employee Education
More than one in four employees has reported that issues with personal finances have been a distraction at work. 39% say they spend three hours or more per week thinking about or dealing with issues related to their personal finances.1
We firmly believe informed employees make better decisions and have a better chance at achieving their personal financial goals. That often translates into employees who are more productive in the workplace. So we take a behavioral approach to educating your workforce, analyzing your employees’ savings and investing behaviors in order to customize our enrollment and education process to fit their unique needs.
