Bill oversees and manages the Retirement Plan services group for Fragasso. He has spent his entire career in the financial and investment services industries focusing on business development and client relationship management. Bill has experience in institutional investments, retirement plans, non-profits and endowment plans and government entities. At Fragasso, Bill and his team serve small to medium sized businesses, organizations, foundations and trade groups to provide defined contribution, defined benefit, endowment and non-qualified strategies. Their goal is to help build and deliver effective retirement plans through Fragasso’s total plan management approach consisting of investment selection and oversight, expense evaluations and participant education programs.
Bill was born in Eastern Pennsylvania and spent his childhood in Berwyn, PA. He went on to study psychology at Pennsylvania State University, and then obtained his master’s degree in Business from the University of Massachusetts. After college, Bill found his home in Pittsburgh where he grew his career and family alike.
He is a volunteer and board member of The Cranberry Rose Schneider YMCA. Bill has been a life-long member of numerous YMCA’s, and he believes in their vision to serve the community. When he’s not volunteering, you’ll find Bill spending time with family, reading and staying active.
